Summary
Travis White was a coach convicted of molesting boys under the age of 12. He seeks a court ruling that will allow him not only to return to the town where he committed the crimes, but also to his parents' house and the apartment where he committed those crimes.
The young boys that Mr. White victimized not only suffered abuse at a young age but also carry the effects of that abuse with them to this day.
