ELLSWORTH - For the second time in four years, an accountant from Exeter has been accused of embezzling more than $100,000 from a business for which she handled the books, but this time she likely will face criminal charges, according to a state police detective.
Cecelia G. White, 40, was ordered in 2002 to repay $107,000 she embezzled from a Chinese restaurant in Bangor after she lost a civil case the restaurant owners brought against her.
