BELFAST - Police have issued a court summons to the woman who they say falsely claimed she was raped in City Park.
Tracy Bantegui, 18, of Northport was charged with false public alarm or report, a Class D misdemeanor. Bantegui had told police she was sexually assaulted by a male in City Park the night of June 8.
