JAY - International Paper Co. plans to cut 200 jobs by shutting down two of its oldest and less efficient paper machines, one in Maine and the other in Florida.

Ninety jobs will be eliminated by April 1 when the 40-year-old No. 1 machine at the Androscoggin Mill in Jay is taken out of service.
